Chemical marine composite hose is mainly used for heavy duty suction and discharge of bulk chemicals in dockside and ship to shore. It is soft and lightweight. And it can bend freely, making it easier to operate. It is resistant to oils, acids, alkalis, high pressure, high temperature and corrosion. It is composed of three parts: inner wire, liner and outside wire.

Structure: chemical marine composite hose is composed of three parts: inner wire, liner and outer wire.Inner wire: stainless steel.Liner: layers of PTFE film.Outer wire: SS316 or galvanized mild steel.Temperature range: -30°C to +100°C.Inner diameter: 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm and 250mm.Outside diameter: 68mm, 98mm, 120mm, 175mm, 240mm and 290mm.Bend radius: 180mm, 240mm, 450mm, 570mm, 790mm and 990mm.
