Reinforcement Jacket: High‑tensile synthetic reinforcement layer.
Available Lengths: 30m (100ft) to 400m (1320ft)
Custom option: Glow‑in‑the‑dark marking stripes can be added to the hose upon special requests.
The reinforcement structure consists of circular‑braided continuous‑filament polyester yarn. Produced using the extrusion‑through‑the‑weave technique, the hose features ultra‑strong adhesion between the inner lining and outer cover, while fully encasing the braided polyester reinforcement securely.
This hose exhibits great compatibility with widely‑used industrial chemicals, plus exceptional resistance to UV rays, hydrolysis and fungal deterioration. With industry‑leading TPU‑based abrasion resistance, it performs ideally in heavily abrasive open‑pit mining environments.
The outer cover is engineered with extra‑thickened wear‑resistant material, which significantly extends the hose’s service lifespan.
It delivers boosted abrasion resistance for rough terrain and severe working conditions, alongside oil resistance, chemical tolerance and UV stabilization treatment.

Operating Temperature Range: -50℃ to 80℃ (-58℉ to +176℉)
